State Auditor Scott Fitzpatrick issued the closeout audit of the Wentzville Parkway Transportation Development District (TDD) in St. Charles County today. State law requires an audit of a TDD prior to moving forward with dissolution. The Wentzville Parkway TDD was formed in March 2005 for the purpose of improving Wentzville Parkway, North Road, the North Road retaining wall, and a North Road extension. The project was completed in April 2006, and the City of Wentzville subsequently accepted ownership.
