LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The owner of Monument Advisors in Grand Island has been arrested in Missouri, police said Thursday. Kelli Lepler, 45, faces 33 felony theft charges for using 'deceptive practices' in eliciting business from customers, according to police. After a two-month investigation that concluded in June, police found that Lepler stole around $200,000 from myriad victims. Around 3:10 p.m. Thursday, officers in Wentzville, Missouri, arrested Lepler on her Hall County warrant. She is now awaiting extradition back to Nebraska.
