A new 241-lot subdivision is in the works in Wentzville. Ciana Realty VII LLC, registered to Dan Beldner, is proposing to develop 69 acres into 241 single-family residential lots. The plan is part of a larger, 225-acre site targeted for development known as Westhaven. The real estate, west of Peine Road and north of Peine Park, is owned by Peine 240 LLC, which lists John Berra Jr. of J.H. Berra Construction Co. in south St. Louis County as a contact. The Wentzville Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled to consider the development plan at its meeting Tuesday.
